本サービスについて
「LifePocket」（以下、本アプリ）は、ユーザーが日々の体験を端末内に記録するためのライフログアプリです。本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する条件を定めます。
SECTION 02
利用資格
本アプリは、AppleのApp Store規約に基づき、13歳以上の個人がご利用いただけます。未成年者は保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
SECTION 03
無料プラン・Premiumプラン
無料プランでは以下の制限があります：
- ノートの作成件数
- 1ページあたりに追加できる写真枚数
Premiumプラン（月額¥100 / 年額¥1,000）に加入すると、上記制限が解除され、追加機能（バックアップ、タグフィルター、ノートテーマ変更）が利用可能になります。
SECTION 04
サブスクリプションの自動更新
Premiumプランは、期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない場合、同じ条件で自動更新されます。解約はApp Storeのアカウント設定からいつでも行えます。
無料トライアル期間中に解約した場合、料金は発生しません。
SECTION 05
ユーザーの責任
本アプリで作成・保存されるすべての記録は、ユーザー自身の責任において管理されます。データの損失・破損に備え、定期的なバックアップ操作を推奨します。
以下の行為は禁止されています：
- 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング
- 不正な手段によるPremium機能の利用
- その他、法令または公序良俗に反する行為
SECTION 06
知的財産権
本アプリの著作権、商標権、その他一切の知的財産権は、運営者またはライセンス供与者に帰属します。ユーザーが作成した記録の著作権は、ユーザー本人に帰属します。
SECTION 07
免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。運営者は、データの完全性、可用性、特定目的への適合性について一切の保証を行いません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負わないものとします。
SECTION 08
規約の変更
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはApp Storeの説明欄を通じてお知らせします。
SECTION 09
返金について
本アプリのアプリ内課金はApple経由で行われ、返金に関してはAppleの規定に従います。返金をご希望の場合は、Appleの「問題を報告する」ページ（reportaproblem.apple.com）よりお手続きください。運営者から直接返金対応を行うことはできません。
SECTION 10
準拠法
本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠するものとします。

SECTION 01
About This Service
"LifePocket" (hereinafter "the App") is a life-logging app for recording daily experiences on your device. These Terms govern your use of the App.
SECTION 02
Eligibility
This app is available to individuals aged 13 and older in accordance with Apple's App Store terms. Minors must obtain parental consent before use.
SECTION 03
Free Plan & Premium Plan
The Free plan has the following limitations:
- Number of notes you can create
- Number of photos you can add per note
Subscribing to the Premium plan (¥100/month or ¥1,000/year) removes these limitations and unlocks additional features: backup, tag filtering, and note theme customization.
SECTION 04
Automatic Renewal
The Premium plan automatically renews on the same terms unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your App Store account settings.
No charge will be incurred if you cancel during a free trial period.
SECTION 05
User Responsibilities
All records created and saved in the app are managed at your own responsibility. We recommend performing regular backups to prevent data loss or corruption.
The following actions are prohibited:
- Decompiling or reverse-engineering the app
- Accessing Premium features through unauthorized means
- Any other actions that violate laws or public order
SECTION 06
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in this app belong to the developer or its licensors. Copyright in records created by users belongs to the respective user.
SECTION 07
Disclaimer
This app is provided "as is." The developer makes no warranties regarding data integrity, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
SECTION 08
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised as necessary. For significant changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or the App Store description.
SECTION 09
Refunds
All in-app purchases are processed through Apple, and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies. To request a refund, please use Apple's "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com). The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
SECTION 10
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
